SPIPHC Team in Lower Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s -

It is a tradition for Parrot Head Clubs to join their nearest Walk to End Alzheimer's, sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association. This is worth crossing the causeway to do, I promise! I participated in numerous ALZ walks with my previous club. It's always a fun, uplifting event. It is NOT an athletic competition – some people actually walk pushing walkers or strollers. The area where we walk near the Events Center in Brownsville is just gorgeous. There are vendors with goodies, free photo booth, lively music to motivate us. Please join! This year, we're keeping things intimate and festive. The club bought 2 tables, each table has limited chairs—so we only have 20 tickets for sale.
Once they're gone, we can sell more but a seat is not guarenteed.
· The Guaranteed Seat Tickets have Sold Out, they were $40 each.
We now are selling tickets to get you in the door and Mingle, Dance, Eat and Drink, sitting at open chairs when available, $20 each
Entry Requirements
To spread the holiday cheer and help our community, please bring:
· A toy
· A non-perishable food item
Your contributions will support the Saint Stephens Food Pantry of Port Isabel and Toys for Tots. Taking care of our own… right here at home.

· Wide variety of finger foods and buffet-style offerings
· Open bar with all your favorite martinis, made with love by your favorite island Bartenders.

We have to have the names of those attending by October 30th so that invitations can be sent out in time. The tables are already paid for, so you have a bit of time to pay the Club, but we need to know who plans on attending. To that end, if you would send a text message to Cathy Laferty
